Scenarist, LLC, the world's largest authoring tool development company in the United States, and StayConnected DX Co., Ltd., its domestic sole agent, will launch Scenarist, an authoring system compatible with the Blu-ray Disc standard, starting February 15, 2023, in addition to the Scenarist SD subscription launched last year. We are launching a BD/UHD subscription service. What we are releasing this time is Scenarist BD/UHD, an authoring software compatible with Blu-ray and UHD standards that enables the creation of a variety of titles, from simple titles, and comes with two license terms: 3 months and 12 months. Scenarist is a disc authoring tool that allows BD/UHD producers to utilize their creativity and differentiate themselves. In addition, the software is constantly improving and evolving to meet the needs of the times in order to contribute to reducing production costs in response to the various requests of users. BD and UHD are developed on the same platform, and by reusing Blu-ray projects on UHD, it is possible to reduce costs by minimizing the time required for authoring.
